Before your stay

When can we check in and out?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00. Check-out is before 12:00. The on-site team welcomes you. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; please ask in advance.

How many guests can stay?

A maximum of 10 registered overnight guests. Every guest must present valid identification at check-in. A local tourist tax is payable on arrival.

Are visitors, parties or events allowed?

Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00. Please request approval before inviting any outside visitors.

Are pets and smoking allowed?

Pets are not allowed. Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is permitted under the Airbnb house rules. Please ask the team about suitable areas.

How do we book pool heating?

Pool heating is available on request at €50 per day, as listed on Airbnb. Contact us before arrival through your Airbnb booking or WhatsApp to request it. We will confirm the heating dates, availability and total supplement before arranging the service. Pool temperature depends on weather conditions.

Advance reservations are recommended for restaurants.

Journey times are approximate and depend on traffic, time of day and the route taken. For the Medina, driving time is to the nearest accessible drop-off point.
